Sudhakar Ganesh Khasgiwale, B.A. (Philosophy), G.D. Art (Painting) is a student of Shri. M. R. Achrekar the celebrated artist of India. As a winner of the scholarship from the Art Society of India 1954. He got practical experience in commercial art during his apprenticeship in the R. K. Films of the famous actor and director Shri. Raj Kapoor after which he started his own concern viz. Khasgiwale Chitrayan. He made remarkable strides in printer and book decoration. He was honoured to decorate the book 'Lamps of India' a prestigious publication of Govt. Of India.


Quite successfully he started an Advertising Agency Shreepadma Publicity and very honourably received accreditation from Indian Newspaper Society, New Delhi in 1971 and called as Pune's 1st INS Agency. Earlier this Agency was called as Padma Advertisers. Having artistic background Khasgiwale established Agency with hardworking and dedication. Over a period of time he expanded this business in corporate world with changed name of Shreepadma Publicity. Son Mahesh Khasgiwale continued fathers dream and identified as very successful agency rider. Around 35 years of long run carried by Mr. Mahesh, and that was moved to Corporate World also. Shreepadma Publicity past many decades maintained fruitful relationship with many corporate companies.


Many Industrial houses, exhibitions, educational and other establishments and offices have from time to time sought the services of Shri. Khasgiwale for their displays, decorations, exhibition, publicity material, Brouchures, Souvenirs, Folder etc. and these services are ever expanding. He has also done an Oil painting of well-known personalities for different institutions. In earlier days On behalf of Shreepadma Publicity Logo Designing was also initiated. Pune Municipal Corporation, Bank of Maharashtra and many more logo's designed; now all are in front of New generation. This is a work of diligence and meticulous study which Shri. Khasgiwale has brought out without disturbing his routine.
